² And also some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary, called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had been expelled;

³ And Joanna, the wife of Chuza, Herod’s household manager; and Susanna; and many others, who ministered to and provided for ^[a]Him and them out of their property and personal belongings.

⁴ And when a very great throng was gathering together and people from town after town kept coming to Jesus, He said in a parable:
